Wrocław V Logistics Centre

GLP Wrocław V LC in Poland is global fashion and lifestyle e-retailer SHEIN’s Central and Eastern Europe’s distribution hub, with 42,000 SQM of logistics space with 1,200 SQM of offices and 1,100 SQM of social facilities with sustainable water consumption management system.

Magnitude 314 at Magna Park Milton Keynes, UK

The opening of Magnitude at Magna Park, Milton Keynes, UK is a big step forward for GLP and the logistics real estate sector as we look to reduce our carbon emissions. Every aspect of the project, from the initial concept through acquisition of the site to design, planning, construction, fit out, and opening, was focused on delivering a great building but one that was also a case study for how we can build more sustainably.
Magnitude achieved a 25.8% saving in embodied carbon and a 26.9% saving in designed operational carbon. Previous GLP developments had as much as 12% less embodied carbon and 15% less designed operational carbon than a regulation compliant warehouse.

Poland Świecko

We delivered the first BMW warehouse in Poland. The technologically advanced centre includes optical smoke detection, secure storage for hazardous goods, and license plate detection upon entry. The project was delivered within 7 months.

IndoSpace Industrial Park Chakan III

IKEA wanted to enter the Indian market and replicate its global success using an omnichannel approach. To match its global standards, IKEA evaluated over 107 industrial developers across several locations in India. They assessed the developers on location feasibility, pan-India presence, capabilities, financial strength, technical know-how, project track record, and capacity to abide by environmental and social standards. After a comprehensive evaluation, IKEA selected IndoSpace as its preferred partner.  IndoSpace built a custom-designed facility of 1.06 million square feet area for IKEA at IndoSpace Industrial Park Chakan III with a quick turnaround time of 11 months.
